Precious Moments: a Happy Harvest

Precious moments has been a part of my childhood, and my love for the sweet little characters and stories they share still lives. So when I saw this book I could not resist getting it!

Precious moments today is still a classic and should be in any home. The theme for this sweet little book is Thankfulness and the wonderful work of God’s creation. As thanksgiving and autumn come around this would be a perfect story book for parents or grandparents to read to their children or grandchildren.

The artwork is amazing! the bible verses and sweet little rhymes will help your children remember the lesson of being thankful for what you have been blessed with. The sturdy board-book will ensure years of good use. I can’t wait to share this with my future children!

Gotta Craft'em all!

Okay, I have been on youtube way too much recently. but can I help myself when so many people put up videos on how to make these amazing little crafts? 
Well last time I had a theme and I think by the title you guys can guess the theme of this post.

That's right it's pokemon time! So we are going to do the same as last time and have three very easy video tutorials for pokemon crafts. Let's get started!

                  Our first videos is by KabuKuma for a very easy little bottle charm of MooMoo Milk. Being a complete Johto fan I fell in love with this craft instantly.                                                                   

                             This next one is by Sara Ghafary. It is not the best made video, but for a homemade video the quality is pretty good. And the decor in here is cute and easy to do!

                                                 
                                        



                       And our last video is by GandaKris. These amazing little pokeball charms are very easy and look extremely well made to boot! 

                                 
                                          


A note for anyone looking to make these pokeballs I found it is easier to make the little circle by poking it in with a straw. It makes a perfect circle every time.

Perler art!

I have been looking into taking on some more crafts that would not break my bank completely, but would give me something to do. After much looking I found a few, and the one I am show casing today is Perler beads

These little cuties have been popping up all over the place. At local craft fairs, in the store, and online! Given my curious nature I had to see what all the hype was about, and I have to say they look like a lot of fun. And there are so many pictures to create!

There is many more you can do with these little beads. Magnets are one main thing these beads are turned into. There are little one and big ones that would take up your entire wall!
